Last week the Supreme Court confirmed that the Scottish and Welsh Governments could be represented in the forthcoming Article 50 appeal case commencing on 5 December. The Welsh Council General, Mick Antoniw AM, has issued a statement on the grounds for his application to intervene, which reflect on the “extremely important constitutional issues regarding the legal framework for devolution in Wales and the United Kingdom”.
