H&P's Trade Union Forum discussed 'Whatever happened to collective bargaining?' on 28 March at King's College London. Speakers included Tony Burke, Assistant General Secretary, UNITE, Ray Ellis, Assistant General Secretary, Postal, Communications Workers Union, and Melanie Simms, Professor of Work and Employment, University of Leicester. A discussion between historians, union officials and industrial relations policy makers followed the presentations.
